After 25 years together: Eva Herzigová marries the father of her three sons

The wedding season continues, and this time Czech supermodel Eva Herzigová has joined the list of celebrity brides. After nearly a quarter of a century together, she has officially married Italian businessman Gregorio Marsiaj, with whom she shares three sons.
The celebrations took place in Turin and unfolded throughout the day. The couple first exchanged vows at the Church of San Vito, where the 53-year-old model was traditionally escorted down the aisle by her father. For the ceremony, Herzigová chose an elegant vintage midi dress by Lanvin, pairing it with white sandals adorned with delicate bows and a classic bouquet of white flowers.

The groom arrived at the church in a 1989 Aston Martin V8 accompanied by the couple’s three sons. Following the religious ceremony, the newlyweds headed to the historic Palazzo Carignano for their civil wedding before concluding the celebrations with a wedding dinner at Del Cambio, one of Turin’s most renowned restaurants.
The wedding was an intimate affair, with just around 50 close friends and family members in attendance. Among the guests were supermodels Marpessa Hennink, Carmen Kass and Mariacarla Boscono, model agent David Brown, television presenter Jill Cooper, and journalist and author Francesca Barra.

Herzigová and Marsiaj’s love story began in 2001 in the Italian seaside village of Varigotti in Liguria. The model found herself there after air travel was temporarily disrupted following the September 11 terrorist attacks. Soon after they met, the two began a relationship, and in the years that followed they welcomed three sons together.
The couple announced their engagement back in 2017 but chose not to rush into marriage. In fact, Herzigová had repeatedly said that she had no intention of marrying for a second time. Nevertheless, eight years after the proposal, the couple ultimately decided to make their long-standing relationship official.
This is Eva Herzigová’s second marriage. In 1996, she married Bon Jovi drummer Tico Torres, but the couple divorced two years later.
