American actor Dylan Sprouse and Hungarian model and former Victoria’s Secret Angel Barbara Palvin are preparing to become parents for the first time. The couple officially confirmed the happy news during the 79th Cannes Film Festival, where Palvin appeared on the red carpet with a visibly growing baby bump.

For the premiere, Barbara chose a sky-blue gown adorned with feathers, pairing the look with understated jewelry. Dylan Sprouse opted for a classic black tuxedo with a white shirt and bow tie.

The couple later confirmed the pregnancy on social media as well, sharing an ultrasound image that revealed the baby’s tiny hand. According to media reports, their first child is expected to arrive at the end of the summer. Rumors about the pregnancy first began circulating in the spring, when the model was increasingly spotted in loose-fitting outfits during public appearances.

The couple’s relationship began in 2017 after meeting at a social event. Shortly afterward, Dylan messaged Barbara on social media, though their romance did not blossom immediately – the model reportedly replied only several months later. They officially started dating in 2018 and married in Hungary, Palvin’s homeland, in 2023 during an intimate ceremony attended by close family and friends.

Barbara has also previously spoken candidly about her struggle with endometriosis, a condition that can affect reproductive health. After enduring symptoms for a prolonged period, the model underwent surgery that significantly improved her condition. By sharing her experience publicly, Palvin received an outpouring of support from women who recognized their own stories in hers.

Throughout that period, Barbara was supported by Dylan Sprouse, who has repeatedly emphasized the importance of open conversations about women’s health.
