Balloons and a rocket-shaped cake: Elon Musk celebrates his 55th Birthday
A gift from his mother
The world’s wealthiest person, Elon Musk, recently celebrated his 55th birthday in the company of close family and friends. Photos from the intimate gathering were shared by his mother, model and author Maye Musk.
In the images, the Tesla and SpaceX founder can be seen blowing out the candles on a unique space-themed birthday cake. The festive dessert was designed to resemble a rocket and a lunar base – symbols of some of the billionaire’s most iconic ventures.
Maye Musk also shared a heartfelt birthday message for her son.
«Happy birthday to my wonderful son! Elon has brought me joy for 55 years. It is such a pleasure to celebrate this day with family and friends. His cake is shaped like a rocket and a moon base», she wrote.
