A romantic getaway: Katy Perry shares how she celebrated her 42nd Birthday with Justin Trudeau
Kisses against a backdrop of dramatic cliffs and adventures in Arizona
Singer Katy Perry celebrated her 42nd birthday with her partner, 54-year-old former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
Instead of throwing a lively party or hosting a lavish celebration, the couple opted for an active getaway surrounded by Arizona’s stunning landscapes. They headed to Grand Canyon National Park, where they tried their hand at rock climbing and enjoyed a romantic adventure with a touch of adrenaline.
On Instagram, Katy shared a series of striking photos capturing how she spent her special day with her loved one.
In one shot, the couple poses against a breathtaking rocky landscape; in another, they share a kiss right on a mountaintop.
A birthday cake also made an appearance, with the pair enjoying a sweet treat at the end of the day.
Perry accompanied the photos with a playful caption:
«Climbed to level 42 this week! Was feeling indifferent about the inbetweeness of age 42… Then it was explained to me that 42 is actually the answer to everything. Though I still don’t understand, I’m ok with turning 42 as long as I can turn 42 with you ♥️ back to living…», the singer wrote.
