Ariana Grande stars in the new trailer for «Focker-In-Law»—2026
The film premieres on November 26
Paramount Pictures has unveiled a new trailer for the legendary comedy«Focker-In-Law»—2026.
The fourth installment in the beloved franchise brings Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro and Owen Wilson back to the big screen, joined by Ariana Grande. Following her success in «Wicked», the singer continues to balance her music career with her work in film.
The story centers on Henry, now all grown up — the son of Greg Focker (Ben Stiller) and Pam (Teri Polo). The young man is planning to marry his girlfriend, Olivia Jones (Ariana Grande).
Olivia quickly wins over Henry’s family, including his notoriously strict grandfather, Jack Byrnes (Robert De Niro). Greg, however, is far from thrilled about his son’s choice. The reason turns out to be rather unexpected: Olivia works as an FBI negotiator and decides to put her professional skills to use to help Henry break free from his complicated and overly dependent relationship with his father.
The film is directed and written by John Hamburg, who also worked on the first two installments of the franchise.
The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on November 26, 2026.
The original story, meanwhile, hit theaters in 2000. The first films followed nurse Greg Focker as he tried to make a good impression on his girlfriend Pam’s parents and win their approval for the couple to marry. The comedy franchise went on to earn around $1.13 billion at the global box office.
