What Cristiano Ronaldo gave Georgina Rodríguez for their engagement

It was recently revealed that 40-year-old football legend Cristiano Ronaldo has decided to leave bachelorhood behind – he proposed to his long-time partner, 31-year-old Georgina Rodríguez.
«Yes, I do. In this life – and all the others», wrote a beaming Georgina on social media, alongside a photo showcasing the stunning engagement ring on her finger.
And the ring is truly breathtaking: a massive oval-cut diamond estimated to weigh between 37 and 50 carats, with a value ranging from $2 million to $5 million, according to expert appraisals.
But Ronaldo didn’t stop at the ring. To celebrate the engagement, he surprised Georgina with an entire selection of extravagant gifts, including:
- a white Porsche Taycan worth over $100,000,
- designer pieces from Dior and Louis Vuitton – including handbags and clothing worth around $40,000,
- a Patek Philippe watch valued at $60,000 and an Audemars Piguet worth $70,000.
Altogether, the total cost of the gifts is estimated at $365,000.
It’s worth noting that Georgina had been waiting nearly a decade for this moment. The couple first met in 2016, when she was working at a Gucci boutique in Madrid. Since then, their relationship has become one of the most talked-about in the world of sports and entertainment.
Today, Ronaldo and Rodríguez are raising five children together: two of their own (a daughter and a son), and three from Ronaldo’s previous relationships – all of whom Georgina considers her own.
The wedding is expected to take place no earlier than late 2026 – likely after Ronaldo completes his appearances at the World Cup, where he may take part in one of his final matches for the Portuguese national team.
