The possible cause of the sudden death of American actress and former fiancée of Wladimir Klitschko, Hayden Panettiere, has been revealed. The autopsy found no injuries on the 36-year-old «Heroes» star that could have led to her death. At the same time, the circumstances surrounding the tragedy have drawn attention to the possibility of an overdose.
According to the New York Post, emergency dispatchers received a call about a woman suffering cardiac arrest. Two ambulances were sent to the scene, while paramedics attempted to resuscitate the actress.
Another detail that attracted attention, according to media reports, was the medication Narcan, which was found in Panettiere’s apartment. It is used as an emergency treatment for opioid overdoses. The medication was found on a mattress. However, it remains unknown whether it was administered to the actress shortly before her death.
Meanwhile, Wladimir Klitschko reacted to the heartbreaking news and shared a post in which he spoke about the death of his former partner and the mother of his child.
«Our family is going through a period of profound shock and grief. The news of Hayden’s tragic death has deeply saddened me. Although Hayden was no longer my partner, she remained an important part of my life and the mother of our daughter Kaya. I extend my deepest condolences to Hayden’s parents», Klitschko wrote.
