Pink hosts the Tony Awards for the first time

The entire family came to support the star

American pop-rock star Pink has opened a new chapter in her career. This year, the singer made her debut as the host of the prestigious Tony Awards, which took place in New York earlier this week.

The 46-year-old star did not walk the red carpet alone. She was joined by her husband, Carey Hart, her daughter Willow Hart, her son Jameson Hart, and her mother Judy Moore. For the special occasion, Pink chose an elegant black gown adorned with a feather-trimmed hem.

As the singer revealed, one of the main reasons she accepted the hosting role was her daughter Willow. The young girl dreams of pursuing a career on Broadway, and the family even relocated to New York to support her ambitions.

Pink promised to make the ceremony truly unforgettable – and she delivered. In addition to hosting the event, she treated the audience to a spectacular performance of her greatest hits. Staying true to her signature style, the show featured breathtaking stunts and large-scale production numbers involving around 170 performers.

The 79th Tony Awards ceremony once again attracted an impressive list of celebrity guests. Among those spotted on the red carpet were Daniel Radcliffe and his partner Erin Darke, Rose Byrne and Bobby Cannavale, the pregnant Aubrey Plaza with Christopher Abbott, Sarah Paulson, Adrien Brody and Georgina Chapman, as well as Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour accompanied by her daughter Bee Carrozzini.

Aubrey Plaza drew particular attention as she is expecting her first child. The actress attended the ceremony to support her partner Christopher Abbott, who was nominated for «Best Featured Actor».
