American actress Natalie Portman, who is currently in the final months of her pregnancy, has taken part in a touching maternity photoshoot ahead of the arrival of her third child.
The 45-year-old star shared a photo on Instagram in which she poses beside a balcony wearing an unbuttoned striped shirt directly against her skin. Natalie gently cradles her baby bump with both hands.
In the caption, Portman hinted that she is only days away from meeting her baby.
«Counting the days until we finally meet you», the actress wrote, adding a pink heart emoji.
That very emoji quickly sparked speculation among fans, with many believing it was a subtle hint about the baby’s gender.

Portman is expecting her child with her boyfriend, French producer Tanguy Destable, whom she has been dating since the spring of 2025.
The Oscar-winning actress also has two children with her former husband, French dancer Benjamin Millepied — 14-year-old son Aleph and 9-year-old daughter Amalia.
