Who else made it into the Top 3
The final of the 73rd edition of the international «Miss World» pageant took place in the Vietnamese coastal city of Nha Trang. This year, 111 contestants competed for the coveted crown, with 24-year-old Joheiry Mola representing the Dominican Republic ultimately taking the title.
The new «Miss World» is a model from Santo Domingo who combines her work in media and education with involvement in community projects. She holds a degree in business management and administration.

Mola currently lives in New York. She works as a model and a correspondent for Univision, as well as a social educator at a Spanish-language school.

Alongside her professional career, Joheiry is also involved in social initiatives. She founded «Voices of Tomorrow» — a nonprofit platform created to support children and teenagers.

The title of first runner-up went to Spain’s Elisabeth Reyes, while Malaysia’s Taanusia Chetty took third place.
