Mariah Carey Shares Rare Photo of Her Son and Daughter on Their 15th Birthday

Mariah Carey has shared a rare photo of her son and daughter on their birthday, as her twins, Moroccan and Monroe, turned 15 the day before.

The 57-year-old singer hosted a poolside celebration to mark the occasion. The evening ended with a spectacular fireworks display.

The children’s father, actor and musician Nick Cannon, and Carey divorced in 2016 after eight years of marriage. That same year, reports emerged that the singer had become engaged to billionaire James Packer, whom she had begun dating six months earlier. However, the engagement ended a few months later.

Following that, Carey was in a relationship for several years with dancer Bryan Tanaka, who is 13 years her junior. In the summer of 2024, Carey suffered the loss of her mother and her older sister on the same day, with whom she had had a strained relationship.
