Hilary Swank is expecting her third child: a creative video announcement
The actress is already a mother to three-year-old twins
Hollywood actress and two-time Oscar winner Hilary Swank is expecting her third child. The 52-year-old star of «Million Dollar Baby» announced her pregnancy on Instagram with a creative family video.
In the clip, Swank, her husband Philip Schneider and their two children dance in the dark, with neon glow sticks attached to their clothes. At one point, a tiny neon silhouette of a baby appears on the actress’s belly.
«So many people have been asking what my next project is … It’s coming out in December», Swank captioned the video playfully, hinting that her baby is due in winter.
Swank first became a mother in April 2023. At the age of 48, she gave birth to twins — a daughter named Aya and a son named Ohm.
The actress’s journey to motherhood was a long and deliberate one. At 37, she froze her eggs to preserve the possibility of having children later in life.
In an interview, Swank admitted that she was glad to have become a mother at a more mature age, as she can now devote as much time and attention to her children as she might not have been able to when she was younger.
