If you follow Pamela Reif’s official Instagram account, you’re likely familiar with her followers’ favorite series, «Useful Tips». This time, the German model and celebrity fitness trainer shared how to improve the condition of your body’s skin.
The 28-year-old star follows five key rules:
Antioxidants every day
«I love to supplement with all kinds of strong ones: astaxanthin, Q10, beta-carotene, curcumin. But obviously also with food: raw cacao (approx. 10x higher than the regular heated one!!), cacao nibs, berries, green tea and spices like cinnamon. They fight oxidative stress, prevent aging, protect cells and increase glow».
Sunlight
«Especially early morning light boosts serotonin and vitamin D = better mood, better skin. I guess you know by now, I love the sun».
Omega-3 and healthy fats
«Glowing skin needs nourishment from the inside: nuts, nut butter, avocado, high polyphenol olive oil, flax, chia – every single day».
Water
«Water is not just water. At home, we drink reverse osmosis water and use Celtic sea salt. Because glow starts at the cellular level».
Reducing sugar intake
«I reduce sugar in my life by literally reducing sugar, not just by replacing it. And if I eat something sweet, it’s from natural sources (except for going out to restaurants… cheesecake, nom nom nom). I love the way I eat and my Naturally Pam snacks satisfy me every day!».
