One of the world’s most successful footballers, now also a designer and model, David Beckham celebrated his milestone birthday. The legendary British athlete turned 50.
To mark the special occasion, his wife Victoria Beckham took to social media to wish him well, sharing not only a video collage of family archive photos but also an emotional message.

The 51-year-old Victoria posted various clips with her husband taken throughout their life together, including from David’s childhood, with a caption saying she’s the luckiest woman.
«When I look at these videos, I think: «Wow, how lucky I am!» You’re everything I could have ever dreamed of and so much more. Happy 50th birthday. I love you and our family endlessly. You complete me,» the designer wrote to her beloved.
The birthday boy also shared a heartfelt message on his photo blog, reflecting on his journey over the past 50 years. David said he feels deeply grateful for the people who have been part of his life.
«When I think about this birthday, I feel very thankful for so many things in my life: for the teams I played for, for my teammates, managers, fans, my country and the honour of being captain of the England team, for the children I met through the charities I work with, for my business team and the friends around me — I truly feel lucky,» Beckham wrote alongside a series of archive photos.

However, the former footballer considers his greatest achievement and gift to be his big family: his parents, sisters, four children and beloved wife Victoria, with whom he has shared his life for over 25 years.
«My wife and best friend of 28 years, and my wonderful children: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper — you are the reason I get out of bed every morning. Thank you for making me smile and for making me a better person… I love you all so much, and thank you for making today so special for me… You are my world,» David added.
