Timothée Chalamet, Demi Moore, and Kieran Culkin: SAG Awards 2025 winners announced

Another stop before the Oscars
The Screen Actors Guild of America has announced the winners of the 2025 SAG Awards. The 31st awards ceremony took place on the night of February 24 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, just a week before the Oscars. The event was hosted by actress Kristen Bell.
As voted by the Guild members, the top prize for best ensemble cast in a motion picture went to The Conclave.
Shōgun won awards for best ensemble cast in a drama series, as well as best actor and best actress in a drama series, along with best stunt ensemble.
The series Only Murders in the Building took home the award for best ensemble cast in a comedy series and best actor in a comedy series.
Best actor in a motion picture was awarded to Timothée Chalamet for his performance in Bob Dylan: Complete Unknown. His competitors in this category included Adrien Brody (The Brutalist), Ralph Fiennes (The Conclave), Colman Domingo (Sing Sing), and Daniel Craig (Queer).
Best actress in a motion picture went to Demi Moore for The Substance, surpassing Mikey Madison (Anora), Pamela Anderson (The Last Dancer), Cynthia Erivo (Wicked), and Karla Sofía Gascón (Emilia Pérez).
The best supporting actor award went to Kieran Culkin (A Real Pain). The American actor had already won a Golden Globe, a BAFTA, and several other awards for this film.
Best supporting actress was awarded to Zoë Saldaña for her role in Emilia Pérez. Her competitors included Ariana Grande (Wicked), Jamie Lee Curtis (The Last Dancer), Monica Barbaro (Unknown to Anyone), and Danielle Deadwyler (Piano Lessons).

The Screen Actors Guild Awards is considered the most star-studded ceremony after the Oscars, recognizing both individual actors and ensemble casts, including stunt performers.
