62-year-old American actress Demi Moore has found herself in a scandal just after her triumph at the Golden Globes, where she received her first career award after 45 years. Social media has revived an old controversy about a passionate kiss between Moore and a 15-year-old boy.
The incident dates back to 1982, when 19-year-old Demi kissed her General Hospital co-star, Philip Tanzini, at his 15th birthday party.
«I love him very much. He’s one of my favorite people… He’s truly amazing,» Moore said at the time.
«By the way, we’re going to get married. Don’t let her husband find out,» Tanzini joked.
At the time, Moore was married to Freddy Moore.
The resurfaced footage has shocked many fans of the actress. Social media users on X criticized the now-62-year-old star for what they consider inappropriate behavior in the past. Some have even called for the Golden Globes jury to reconsider their decision and strip Moore of the award she recently won for her role in Coralie Fargeat’s Substance.
Demi Moore has not yet commented on the situation.
