<p>Der Raum ist minimalistisch gestaltet und vereint Tradition mit Moderne. Die gedämpfte Atmosphäre wird durch einige Leuchten aufgelockert, die harmonisch mit japanischen Formen und Falten spielen.</p>

<p>Für die kulinarischen Meisterwerke im Saint Laurent Sushi Park Paris ist der Küchenchef Peter Park verantwortlich. Sein weltberühmtes Restaurant in Hollywood zieht eine Kundschaft an, die mit der Gästeliste der Oscar-Verleihung konkurrieren könnte. Im Sushi Park gilt eine strenge No-Photography-Policy, die das Interesse an diesem exklusiven Ort japanischer Gastronomie noch weiter steigert.</p>

<p>Das kulinarische Erlebnis dreht sich um Omakase – was so viel bedeutet wie «Ich überlasse es Ihnen» – bei dem die Gäste vor dem Küchenchef sitzen und ihm dabei zusehen, wie er die Gerichte direkt vor ihren Augen zubereitet. Auf der Speisekarte stehen Fischsorten, die nach den Regeln der japanischen Kochkunst veredelt werden: Toro-Thunfisch, Gelbschwanzmakrele, Lachs, Meerbrasse… Dazu gibt es grünen Tee, Cocktails und erlesene Desserts.</p>
