The final show of Fashion Week
Paris Fashion Week concluded with the Saint Laurent show. For the Fall-Winter collection, the brand’s creative director, Anthony Vaccarello, took inspiration from 70s fashion, presenting looks featuring an «inverted triangle» silhouette. Moreover, he exaggerated the shoulder line in his signature style, made skirts even narrower, and raised the collars while favoring voluminous jackets and blouses.
Among the models walking the runway was Bella Hadid, showcasing outfits composed of voluminous dresses layered with aged leather jackets reminiscent of the 80s.
Notably, Vaccarello significantly expanded the color palette for this Fall-Winter collection. In addition to black, chocolate, and earthy tones, he introduced electric blue, vibrant orange, deep emerald, chartreuse, and magenta.
The star-studded guest list included actress Zoë Kravitz, Oscar winner Zoë Saldana, model and businesswoman Hailey Bieber, model and Jason Statham’s partner Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, the mother-daughter modeling duo Kate and Lila Moss, and their fellow runway stars Carla Bruni and Chloë Sevigny. Other notable attendees were Charlotte Gainsbourg, Elsa Hosk, Charli XCX, and Iris Law.
