If you haven’t yet decided how to spend the upcoming weekend in Vienna, we have the perfect suggestion. From November 28 to 29, 2025, the «So schmeckt Niederösterreich» Advent Market will take place at Palais Niederösterreich – a true celebration for all lovers of the Christmas spirit.
This historic palace on Herrengasse transforms into an enchanting space: over 60 exhibitors will present regional delicacies, handmade gifts, and fill the air with the warm scent of Christmas spices. The aroma of fresh mulled wine, gingerbread, and other sweet treats will mingle with soft festive music, creating a cozy atmosphere and the authentic feeling of Advent.
The market is the perfect opportunity to escape the city’s hustle and bustle, enjoy the festive ambiance, and find gifts for your loved ones. The official opening will take place on Friday, November 28, at 4:00 PM in the palace courtyard.
