Watching the first trailer of the final part of «Dune»

Legendary Entertainment and Warner Bros. have unveiled the first teaser trailer for «Dune: Part Three» – the adaptation of the novel «Dune Messiah», developed by Denis Villeneuve and Jon Spaihts. The film will serve as the concluding chapter of the trilogy.
The story takes place 17 years after the second installment. Paul Atreides, having ascended to the imperial throne, wages a vast war across the galaxy, yet he is no longer able to fully control the consequences of his own power and the religious cult that has arisen around him. The narrative focuses not only on the epic confrontation but also on the hero’s internal struggle as he seeks to break the cycle of violence.
At the heart of the plot are the relationship between Paul and Chani, complicated by his political marriage to Princess Irulan. One of the key new characters will be the antagonist Scytale, played by Robert Pattinson.
Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Javier Bardem, and Jason Momoa will reprise their roles. Anya Taylor-Joy will also appear as Alia – Paul’s sister.
According to Villeneuve, the third part will be the most personal in the trilogy, featuring a faster pace and an intensified action component. The film was shot on 65mm film, partially in IMAX format, and Hans Zimmer’s music will take on a fresh, new sound.
The film will conclude the story of Paul Atreides. Premiere – December 18.
