Vanessa Hudgens becomes a mother for the second time
The Baby’s name and gender remain unknown
Vanessa Hudgens, best known for her role as Gabriella Montez in the High School Musical film series, has welcomed her second child. She gave birth to another baby with her husband, professional baseball player Cole Tucker.
The 34-year-old star shared the joyful news on her social media, posting a photo from the maternity ward. The baby’s name and gender have not yet been revealed.
«Well… I did it. I have another baby!!! Childbirth is a wild adventure. Immense respect to all mothers. What our bodies can do is incredible», the actress wrote under the photo.
News of the actress’s second pregnancy first surfaced in July of this year.
For context, the couple’s first child was born in July 2024. They had hoped to keep the event private, but paparazzi released photos from the hospital, which upset Vanessa. She stated at the time that she felt «healthy and happy» but was disheartened by the invasion of her privacy.
Vanessa and Cole’s relationship became public in 2020. Three years later, the couple married in a ceremony held deep in the Mexican jungle. Before that, Vanessa Hudgens had been in a nine-year relationship with Austin Butler.
