American actor Taylor Lautner, best known as the werewolf Jacob Black from the Twilight film series, has decided to remind the world of himself and his iconic role. The 33-year-old actor will star in and produce the series Taylor Lautner: Werewolf Hunter, in which he will play himself.
Moreover, Lautner will not only take on the lead role but also serve as the producer and director of the series, as reported by Deadline.
The script will be written by Daisy Gardner, known for penning Single Drunk Female.
Lautner’s series will premiere on Amazon, though the release date remains unknown. The plot follows an actor living a double life — by day, a popular celebrity; by night, a fighter against supernatural forces.
