In black-and-white tones
Recently, the White House published the official portrait of the First Lady of the United States, Melania Trump. The photograph was taken by Regine Mahaux, who has been collaborating with the Trump family for over 20 years. She was also responsible for Mrs. Trump’s official portrait in 2017.
«It was a great honor for me to be chosen to shoot this official portrait for the second time. As an artist, it’s an immense privilege to work with such an inspiring woman. She is a perfectionist and genuinely involved in the creative process», commented the photographer.
The photo session took place in the Yellow Oval Room. In the black-and-white portrait, styled by Hervé Pierre, the First Lady appears in a business look – wearing a Dolce & Gabbana pantsuit. According to Breitbart News, the outfit costs approximately $4,000.
According to experts, with this portrait, Melania Trump conveys her readiness to begin work and meet the expectations placed upon the First Lady.
