Martina Reuter continues to document her journey toward her dream figure. The TV presenter shared on Instagram how she managed to lose 25 kg in a year.
According to her, the key to success lies in consistent changes: Martina eliminated coffee, alcohol, and sugar from her diet, replacing sweets with high-protein foods. She also switched to healthier alternatives — lentils and chickpeas have now replaced wheat noodles on her plate, and instead of cookies, she snacks on nuts.
She also started an intensive fitness program that includes running training and EMS elements. For Martina, there are no exceptions — she strictly follows her new daily routine. And the results are more than evident.
«I really love women with curves — but I did this for my health. I feel sexier and younger than ever,» she admitted.
The positive changes in her life have inspired Reuter to conquer new horizons. In February, she debuted as a model at Pia Bolte’s show in New York. And in just a few days, she will be hitting the runway at Fashion Week in Los Angeles and Miami.
«I have mentally and physically prepared myself for my runway at Fashion Week,» she wrote on social media.
