The titleholder of «Miss World 2025» has been announced
She is the representative of Thailand
A spectacular final of the 72nd international beauty pageant «Miss World 2025» took place in Hyderabad, India. This year, a record number of contestants – 108 women from various countries – competed for the crown.
The winner of the title «Miss World 2025» is the representative of Thailand, Opal Suchata Chuangsri, a student of political science and international relations at Thammasat University. She is also a model, plays the ukulele, studies psychology and anthropology, and speaks Thai, English, and Chinese fluently.
She received the gem-encrusted crown from last year’s winner, Kristýna Pyszková of the Czech Republic. Second place went to Ethiopia’s Hasset Dereje Admassu, and third place to Maja Klajda from Poland.
The judges also awarded winners in six geographic regions: Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, Oceania, and the Caribbean.
As a reminder, Miss World is considered the oldest international beauty pageant. It was first held in the United Kingdom in 1951.
