Premiere – February 25, 2026
ABC has released the first teaser for the continuation of the legendary series Scrubs, which once won viewers’ hearts with its sincere and touching stories about the everyday lives of medical workers.
The 30-second clip brings back beloved characters: J.D. (Zach Braff), Christopher Turk (Donald Faison), Elliot Reid (Sarah Chalke), Carla Espinosa (Judy Reyes), and the ever-irreplaceable Dr. Perry Cox (John McGinley).
According to the official synopsis, after a long break J.D. and Turk once again find themselves working side by side. Medicine has changed, the interns have changed – but their friendship remains as strong as ever.
The premiere of the new season is scheduled for February 25, 2026.
As a reminder, Scrubs aired from 2001 to 2010 and includes nine seasons – a total of 182 episodes. The series was broadcast on NBC during its early years, while the final two seasons aired on ABC.
It was also reported earlier that Eva Green will be joining the cast of the third season of Wednesday. The actress, who has collaborated with Tim Burton multiple times, will portray Aunt Ophelia – a character whose existence viewers learned about only in the finale of the second season.
