Gigi Hadid marked her daughter Khai’s fifth birthday — the child she shares with former partner, singer Zayn Malik. To celebrate the occasion, the 30-year-old model shared rare photos with her daughter on social media, though, as before, she chose not to reveal the little girl’s face. In the pictures, Hadid is seen shielding Khai from view.
«Your birthday is the best day of my life, every single year. Happy 5th birthday, light of my life! You truly mean everything to me! I am so happy and so proud to be your mom!» Hadid captioned the post.
The model also showcased a festive multi-tiered cake with vibrant decorations, specially made for the birthday girl.
As a reminder, Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik split in 2021, a year after Khai was born. Their separation was marked by controversy after Hadid’s mother, Yolanda, accused Malik of domestic violence. Despite the conflict, the former couple has managed to maintain a co-parenting relationship for the sake of their daughter.
