Sylvester Stallone’s eldest daughter, Sophia, is engaged to her boyfriend, Michael Sheehan. She shared the happy news on Instagram, posting a series of romantic photos.

The proposal took place in a warm and intimate setting. Candles, white roses and flower petals created a festive atmosphere. Michael had taken care of every detail to make the evening one his beloved would remember for a long time.

The date of the proposal was also especially meaningful. Michael proposed to Sophia on August 27 — the very day she celebrated her 30th birthday.

«Forever with my best friend», the bride-to-be captioned the photos, adding an infinity symbol.

Sophia’s sisters, Sistine and Scarlet, were also quick to celebrate the news. They congratulated the couple in the comments and made no secret of how happy they were for their older sister.

Soon after, Sylvester Stallone shared his own reaction. The actor posted several photos following his daughter’s engagement. In one, he poses with Sophia, while another shows him alongside his daughter, her fiancé Michael and his wife, Jennifer Flavin.

«We are so happy about our daughter Sophia and Michael’s engagement», the actor wrote.
