The first images from the 13th season of the cult horror anthology «American Horror Story» have surfaced online. The new episodes promise to be particularly exciting for fans, as the creators have decided to bring together characters from different seasons, Vogue reports.

According to «American Horror Story» creator Ryan Murphy, the 13th season will be the biggest crossover in the anthology’s history. Familiar characters who previously existed in separate storylines will this time find themselves part of the same narrative.

Jessica Lange will return as Constance Langdon, a role she first played in the series’ inaugural season. Sarah Paulson is returning as Cordelia Goode, while Evan Peters will once again portray Tate Langdon, better known as the Rubber Man, as well as Kai Anderson.

Other fan favorites are also making their return. Emma Roberts will once again play Madison Montgomery, Angela Bassett will reprise her role as Marie Laveau, while Mena Suvari will portray the Black Dahlia, or Elizabeth Short. The season will also feature John Carroll Lynch as the sinister clown Twisty and Jamie Brewer as Adelaide «Addie» Langdon.

«American Horror Story» premiered on FX in 2011. The format of the series is built around each season telling a separate story with its own characters and setting. At the same time, many of the actors regularly return in later seasons in completely different roles.

Season 13 will continue this tradition – but this time, the reunion of familiar characters promises to be on a much larger scale.

Among the new faces is Paul Anthony Kelly, known for Murphy’s series «American Love Story». In the new project, he will play Ben. Murphy describes his character as a kind of central figure of the season. For the role, the actor also changed his appearance and went blonde.

The 13th season of «American Horror Story» is expected to premiere on September 24.

Football icon Cristiano Ronaldo is set to make his acting debut. The Portugal national team captain and Al-Nassr forward will appear in the scripted television series «Day 1s», according to The Sun.

The new drama tells the fictional story of influential British football agent Stanley Dalton. The series is based on an original concept by real-life football agent Darren Dein, who has also joined the project as an executive producer. Filming for «Day 1s» is already underway in London.

The lead role will be played by Golden Globe winner Damian Lewis, best known for «Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood» and the hit series «Billions» and «Band of Brothers».

Ronaldo will be joined on screen by another football legend — Thierry Henry — as well as British rapper Dave.

For Cristiano Ronaldo, «Day 1s» marks a double debut. Not only will it be his first acting role, but he will also serve as an executive producer.

The series will become the first television production from URMarv Studios, the company Ronaldo co-founded with British filmmaker Matthew Vaughn — the creator of the Kingsman franchise, director of «X-Men: First Class», and producer of the cult classic «Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels».

Ronaldo described the project as a new milestone in his professional journey.

«This is an incredibly exciting chapter because I’m exploring a completely new direction in my career», the 41-year-old football star said.

The stars of the iconic series «The Vampire Diaries», Nina Dobrev and Paul Wesley, are set to share the screen once again in a brand-new project.

According to Deadline, the actors have landed leading roles in the drama series «You Deserve To Know», currently in development at the streaming platform Hulu. In addition to starring in the project, Dobrev and Wesley will also serve as executive producers.

The story follows three married couples who live next door to one another in a quiet suburban neighborhood and have maintained a close friendship for years. Their seemingly peaceful lives are turned upside down when one of the husbands is mysteriously murdered. As the investigation unfolds, a web of dark secrets emerges, revealing that nearly everyone involved has something to hide.

Nina Dobrev and Paul Wesley will portray characters who find themselves on opposite sides of the investigation – a situation that only intensifies the growing tension among neighbors and longtime friends.

The series is based on the 2025 novel of the same name by author Eggie Blum Thompson, while the adaptation is being developed by writer and showrunner Bryan Tanen.

The project marks the actors’ first collaboration since «The Vampire Diaries» concluded in 2017. It was through their roles as Elena Gilbert and Stefan Salvatore that they achieved international fame and became one of television’s most beloved on-screen couples.

The premiere date has not yet been announced.
