Brazilian supermodel and former Victoria’s Secret Angel Adriana Lima has listed her estate in the prestigious Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles for $15.995 million. The property is tucked away behind private gates and dense greenery on a lot with 120 feet of street frontage.

The main residence spans approximately 8,000 square feet and includes five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with a separate guesthouse featuring an additional bedroom and bathroom. Lima and her husband, film producer Andre Lemmers III, purchased the estate just three years ago for $12.35 million.

After moving in, the couple outfitted the home with a cutting-edge security system: AI-powered surveillance cameras, automated laser sensors, and 24/7 armed patrol. The system can instantly identify unfamiliar faces and alert security within seconds.

Additional amenities include a resort-style pool, landscaped gardens, a summer kitchen, and space to build a sports court.

Inside, the home boasts expansive living areas, two kitchens fitted with premium appliances by Miele and Wolf, a private home theater, a climate-controlled wine cellar, and a fully integrated smart-home system.

The primary suite features a private terrace with a fireplace, a walk-in closet with custom cabinetry, and secure drawers for valuables.

According to the couple, the decision to sell was prompted by a relocation to the East Coast due to professional obligations.

Moreover, she provided a list of essential items for the victims, including clothing for men, women, and children: outerwear, pants, shoes, socks, underwear, and more.

While donations cannot replace what people have lost, Charli XCX believes they can help alleviate some of their suffering and allow them to endure this tragedy.

The flames destroyed over a thousand buildings in Los Angeles, including estates in the Hollywood Hills. The largest wildfire covered nearly 12,000 acres (4,856 hectares) in Pacific Palisades.

Among the affected are many Hollywood stars whose homes are located in this prestigious area between the beach cities of Santa Monica and Malibu.

It is already known that Paris Hilton’s beach house in Malibu was destroyed. The socialite wrote a lengthy post on Instagram.
