Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston continues to be suspected of having an affair with former U.S. President Barack Obama. However, there is almost no official confirmation — only alleged testimonies from the celebrity’s friends cited by Western tabloids.

Additionally, there’s the suspicious absence of Barack Obama’s wife from several significant events, such as the funeral of former President Jimmy Carter and Donald Trump’s inauguration.

Barack Obama attended these events alone, which gave gossipers reason to talk about the couple’s impending divorce and Obama’s alleged secret affair with Aniston.

In October of last year, Jennifer Aniston commented on the rumors of their supposed affair for the first time on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. The actress laughed and said it was absolutely untrue.

She noted that she had met Barack Obama only once and was better acquainted with Michelle.

Now, the star has decided to address the rumors once and for all. Insiders have shared her explanation.

«She barely knows Obama, let alone has met with him. She told her friends that after so many years in the public eye, this is probably the strangest rumor she has ever heard about herself. She truly doesn’t understand how people make up such things out of nowhere. She’s not just concerned about it, she’s embarrassed. Jen feels for Michelle because she’s seen the stories about their marriage supposedly falling apart, and she knows firsthand how it feels to be at the center of such rumors. During her marriage to Brad Pitt, she faced similar gossip about infidelity,» a source close to Aniston told the Daily Mail.

Meanwhile, Barack and Michelle Obama have been married for 33 years and have two daughters: 26-year-old Malia and 23-year-old Sasha. Earlier this month, the former U.S. President hinted that his marriage remains strong. On social media, he dedicated a touching post to his wife, adding a photo of them holding hands during dinner.

Michelle shared the post on her account with a simple caption: «Love you, honey!»
