Strong and soft: Melania Trump graces the cover of a glossy magazine
In a new role
Melania Trump, wife of former U.S. President Donald Trump, has become the star of the latest issue of Hello, appearing on two digital covers – one in color and one in black and white.
The former First Lady did not give an interview herself, but instead, three members of her team spoke with the editorial team: stylist and designer Hervé Pierre, official photographer Régine Mahaux, and interior designer Tham Kannalikham. They shared their impressions of working with the 54-year-old wife of the former U.S. leader and spoke about her personality and image during her husband’s potential second presidential term.
According to her team, Melania Trump is a determined yet warm woman who is content with her role in her marriage and family. Her priority remains Donald and their 18-year-old son, Barron.
«She is always in the right place. She always stands behind her husband. He is in the spotlight, and she doesn’t need the light. She is an excellent number two. Her husband always comes first, and I admire that about her. She has strong family values – being a good wife and ensuring everyone is happy», shared photographer Mahaux.
Stylist Hervé Pierre noted that Melania Trump is always kind to the staff.
«She will make you coffee herself. If you imagine her as a woman surrounded by servants, you are mistaken», he assured.
Meanwhile, interior designer Tham Kannalikham highlighted Melania’s quiet strength and devotion to her husband:
«There is something about her – she is a strong woman – but at the same time, she has a soft power. She balances her husband very well… She is devoted. She loves him, and he loves her».
