Restrained Passion: Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi on the Cover of Vogue

Two of Hollywood’s most sought-after actors, Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi, grace the cover of Vogue Australia. The joint photoshoot is dedicated to their upcoming film premiere—a new screen adaptation of Emily Brontë’s novel Wuthering Heights, in which the actors portray the ill-fated lovers Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff.
The shoot turned out to be strikingly atmospheric and marked by a sense of restrained passion, further heightening anticipation for the film directed by Emerald Fennell, best known for Saltburn. The movie is expected to be one of the year’s most talked-about premieres and is set to hit cinemas on February 13–14.
The evocative images were captured by photographer Lachlan Bailey, with styling by Christine Centenera. The shoot took place at the Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles, a location that undeniably подчеркed the intimate and sensual mood of the session.
In their interview with the magazine, the actors reflect on their childhoods in Australia, their paths into the film industry, and their work on Wuthering Heights. Robbie, for instance, admitted that she grew deeply attached to Elordi on set. According to her, during the first days of filming he was constantly by her side, and whenever he stepped away, she felt «like a child without a favorite blanket.»
