For context, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s relationship became public in 2020. A year later, the musician proposed to the actress. However, last year, rumors of problems in their relationship surfaced. Many believed Machine Gun Kelly had cheated on Megan, but she denied these claims.
The child Megan is carrying will be her fourth and the rapper’s second. In early November, Megan shared a telling photo on her Instagram page, where she showcased her noticeably rounded belly.
