«Ozempic Santa»: Elon Musk shows off his weight loss results
A Christmas transformation
The 53-year-old tech mogul Elon Musk knows how to surprise the public. This time, it’s not another humanoid robot or a SpaceX rocket launch, but his own weight loss. The billionaire posted a photo on Platform X, where he looks noticeably slimmer, posing by a Christmas tree with gifts, dressed in a Santa Claus costume.
«Ozempic Santa,» Musk captioned the post, which sparked lively discussions among his followers.
However, he soon clarified that he actually used a different drug — Mounjaro. According to the entrepreneur, Ozempic had numerous side effects. Compared to it, Mounjaro turned out to be more effective — though not without its own unpleasant consequences.
It’s worth noting that, like Ozempic, Mounjaro is a drug designed to help people with diabetes regulate blood sugar and insulin levels.
In November 2023, the FDA approved Mounjaro under the trade name Zepbound as a weight management drug for those struggling with excess weight or obesity.
