Nicole Kidman and her family plan to move to Portugal

The actress is already processing the paperwork
Australian actress Nicole Kidman has decided to change her place of residence and move to Europe. According to Portuguese media outlet SIC Notícias, the star has applied for a residence permit in Portugal through the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA). She is currently exploring housing options in the upscale coastal area of Cascais, near Lisbon.
According to the media, Kidman and her husband, musician Keith Urban, purchased a property in the Portuguese capital back in 2023. However, Urban has not yet applied for residency, as he is preparing for his «High and Alive» tour in Australia.

In addition to the house in Cascais, Nicole is also planning to buy a home in 2025 in the exclusive Costa Terra Golf & Ocean Club in Comporta — a prestigious location already home to George Clooney, Princess Eugenie, and Paris Hilton.
It’s worth noting that Nicole and Keith own numerous properties around the world: a penthouse in Sydney, an estate in New York, and a large house in Nashville, Tennessee, where they currently reside. The latter was purchased for $3.4 million and features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a tennis court, and a swimming pool. The location is ideal for Keith Urban’s music career, as the city is considered the heart of the country music industry.
