«Melrose Place» star Courtney Thorne-Smith is divorcing her husband, photographer Roger Fishman, after 18 years of marriage. According to the records, the reason for the couple’s split is listed as «irreconcilable differences».

The 57-year-old actress has also filed for joint custody of their 17-year-old son, Jacob Emerson, and requested that spousal support be waived for both herself and Roger.
The couple got married on New Year’s Eve in 2007. According to the filing, they have been living separately since September 2021. This is Courtney Thorne-Smith’s second unsuccessful marriage. Previously, from 2000 to 2001, she was married to geneticist Andrew Conrad.
