«Letting Go of What I Can’t Control»: Jennifer Aniston Graces the Cover of Vanity Fair

A Stunning Photoshoot
Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston is the shining face of the latest Vanity Fair issue. For the cover, the 56-year-old actress posed for photographer Norman Jean Roy and shared candid, deeply personal reflections.
In her conversation with the magazine, the star revealed that with age, she has learned to approach life with more calm and to cherish the little things. She also came to a simple truth that brought her peace of mind:
«I’ve learned to let go of what I can’t control. It’s incredibly liberating. Now I appreciate the simple joys more — my morning coffee, time with friends, peace of mind,» said the actress.
In the interview, Aniston also spoke for the first time about a painful chapter in her life — her divorce from Brad Pitt. She admitted that at the time, the media was intensely focused on his romance with Angelina Jolie following their work together on Mr. & Mrs. Smith, which was deeply hurtful for Jennifer, who was still his wife at the time.
Aniston recalled how her personal heartbreak became a public spectacle:
«It was such great reading material for people. If they didn’t have soap operas, they had the tabloids. It’s unfortunate that it happened, but it happened. And of course, I took it very personally.»
According to the actress, that period marked a turning point in her life. Despite the emotional turmoil, she managed to move forward and maintain her inner balance:
«Just pull yourself together and keep going, girl. It was such a vulnerable and extraordinary time. But yes, it’s definitely a moment worthy of the memoirs.»
