Kris Jenner puts reality show home from «Keeping Up with the Kardashians» on the market

For $13.5 million
Kris Jenner has listed her luxurious Los Angeles home for sale – the same house where Keeping Up with the Kardashians was filmed for over a decade.
Fans who followed the lives of Kim, Kylie, Kendall, Kourtney, and Khloé (and occasionally Rob) will instantly recognize its legendary black-and-white checkered foyer, the backyard where their extravagant Christmas parties took place, and the kitchen table where many La Scala salads were eaten.
The total area of the house is 817 square meters (8,800 square feet). It features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms and is located in the exclusive Hidden Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. Jenner is asking for $13.5 million for the estate.
According to property records, Kris Jenner purchased the home in 2010 with her then-husband, Caitlyn Jenner, for $4 million. The couple finalized their divorce in 2015. Since then, Kris has spent millions on renovations, even building a dedicated closet to house her extensive Birkin handbag collection.
But now, she’s ready to move on. In an interview with The New York Times, Jenner said:
«I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see a new chapter begin in it».
In fact, she has already moved out. According to The New York Times, the house is currently unoccupied. Buyers even have the option to purchase it fully furnished for an additional $400,000. However, they shouldn’t expect to get Jenner’s favorite chair or other iconic pieces from the reality show.
Before listing the house, Jenner hired celebrity designer Ryan Saghian to redesign the interiors. Saghian replaced almost all the furniture with pieces from European wholesaler Eichholtz, which are available for purchase by the new owner.
