Kate Moss Shares Her Beauty Secrets

The model celebrates her 52nd birthday
Kate Moss became a fashion icon of the 1990s, dazzling on the runways of the world’s most prestigious shows and gracing the covers of leading glossy magazines. However, her career has not always been smooth: in 2005, the star was caught up in a scandal involving prohibited substances.
After years of a wild party lifestyle, at 52 Kate now looks radiant thanks to a carefully designed program of healthy eating and regular workouts. Moss follows strict discipline in order to appear younger than her age.

Currently, Kate regularly goes on juice cleanses and favors a week-long, juice-only nutrition program at a wellness resort in Turkey, which she has been visiting every year for the past decade.
At home, she has a Pilates reformer and also works with her personal trainer, Hortense Suleiman.
«When I’m flying, I drink plenty of water and try to eat only light food. I recently completed a course of red light LED therapy and I truly see an improvement in my skin. I also have rose quartz and jade gua sha tools,» she told Net-a-Porter.
