Kate Middleton and Prince William attend the BAFTA film awards

In coordinated looks
On the eve of the event, the 79th BAFTA Awards ceremony took place at the Royal Festival Hall in London. The evening’s biggest triumph went to Paul Thomas Anderson’s drama One Battle After Another, which took home six awards, including Best Film.

Among the guests were not only the nominees but also members of the royal family. Kate Middleton and Prince William found themselves at the center of attention, largely thanks to their striking coordinated outfits. This was their first public appearance together following Prince Andrew’s arrest on Thursday morning over alleged misconduct in public office.

The Princess of Wales once again demonstrated her commitment to mindful consumption and careful wardrobe management. She appeared in a pleated Gucci dress, previously worn at the 2019 100 Women in Finance gala at the Victoria & Albert Museum.

Kate’s ensemble was completed with Oscar de la Renta Cabrina pumps and a Prada clutch. Jewelry included Queen Mary’s exquisite choker bracelet and Greville chandelier earrings.

Prince William chose a dark-red velvet jacket by Giorgio Armani, elegantly complementing his wife’s attire.
