After 44-year-old American singer Jessica Simpson announced her divorce from husband and father of her three children, Eric Johnson, news emerged that the couple plans to sell their family estate.
The singer and her ex have listed their luxurious home in Hidden Hills, California, for $17.9 million, according to Page Six.
The mansion, spanning over 1,200 square meters, features seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and breathtaking views of the hills. Additionally, the property includes a pool, a spa area, a recording studio, and a home theater.
Interestingly, this isn’t the first time the former couple has put the house up for sale. The first attempt was in September 2023, when rumors suggested that the pair had already been living separately for some time.
