Amid feud rumors
The lead actress of Friends and The Morning Show, Jennifer Aniston, rarely attends social events. However, sometimes it does happen. Recently, the 55-year-old star attended an evening event organized by the beauty brand Rare Beauty to support her close friend Selena Gomez.
In front of the cameras, both celebrities posed in monochrome outfits consisting entirely of black elements. Jennifer wore a pantsuit paired with a blouse featuring a deep neckline, while Selena appeared in trousers, a bodysuit, and a blazer, complementing her look with «golden» accents.
«I’ve known Jen for more than ten years, and she is someone I have always looked up to. She has always been there for me, and it’s important to have someone in your life who can simply listen to you. You give me great advice, and we try to be like sisters to each other», Gomez said during the event.
Previously, the actresses shared that they have a long-standing friendship. According to Selena, she had admired Aniston for years, and after meeting her in 2015, they became close. Jennifer also supported Gomez after her breakup with Justin Bieber.
However, after Aniston’s divorce from Justin Theroux, rumors surfaced that the friends had fallen out. This was allegedly because Gomez had been seen in the company of the actor. Fans then speculated that the two might have been romantically involved. However, as we can see, these were just rumors, and their friendship has remained unaffected.
