The future Queen of the United Kingdom, Kate Middleton, wants Prince William to mend his relationship with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, especially after the emotional year of 2024 for the monarchy, according to Mirror.
Perhaps her perspective was influenced by health challenges she faced last year. Recently, she announced that her illness is in remission, prompting her to reflect on the importance of family ties.
An insider shared the following:

This sentiment seems to resonate within the royal family, as they consider putting an end to their long-standing feud with the Sussexes. However, despite these positive signs, the road to reconciliation is fraught with difficulties. After documentaries, interviews, and books where the younger son of the British monarch and his wife Meghan Markle criticized several members of the royal family, many felt deeply hurt.
Nevertheless, Kate Middleton is determined to take «small steps» to resolve the conflict.
«This wall of silence could last a long time. But after everything she went through last year, Kate clearly understands how precious life is,» the insider added.
According to media reports, the Prince and Princess of Wales recently applied to register a trademark to launch their charity, the Royal Foundation, in the United States. Kate believes that this foundation could be a good way to unite both families.
It is worth noting that relations between Harry and his family have been strained since he and Meghan stepped back from royal duties in 2020.
The last time Harry, Meghan, Kate, and William were seen together was at Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in September 2022. At King Charles’s coronation in May of the following year, the Duke of Sussex attended alone.
