Emily in… Greece? The series has been renewed for season 6
Speculating on Emily’s Next Destination
The fifth season of the beloved series Emily in Paris premiered just two weeks ago, yet Netflix has wasted no time in officially announcing a sixth season. The story of the indefatigable PR executive Emily Cooper is set to continue.
The streaming giant released a short teaser showing Emily blowing out a candle shaped like the number six atop a croissant, on a terrace overlooking the Eiffel Tower. It appears that Paris will once again remain at the heart of the story.
That said, there is reason to believe that Lily Collins’ character may trade Parisian fashion streets for sun-drenched Greek scenery. In the final episode of season five, Emily receives a postcard from Gabriel sent from Greece – along with an invitation to come and visit him.
An official release date for season six has not yet been announced.
