Elvis Presley’s former home listed for sale: a look inside

For $24.5 million
A house that once belonged to Elvis Presley has been listed for sale for $24.5 million. It is located in the prestigious Trousdale Estates neighborhood and was designed in 1958 by architect Rex Lotery.
According to the listing, Presley purchased the mansion in 1967 for $400,000. Reports indicate that the singer lived there with his wife, Priscilla, and their daughter, Lisa Marie, for six years.
The 492.39-square-meter home is situated on a hillside, offering views stretching from Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean. The Regency-era estate seamlessly blends original details such as skylights and coffered ceilings with modern updates, including new appliances and flooring.
Inside, the house features four bedrooms and five bathrooms, with some bedrooms having sliding glass doors that open onto the backyard. Outside, there is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, surrounded by lounge chairs and bordered by grassy lawns on both sides.
According to The Wall Street Journal, many other celebrities have lived in the Trousdale Estates area over the years, including Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Jane Fonda, and Groucho Marx.
