Elisabeth Moss announces the birth of her child
At the PaleyFest Film Festival in Los Angeles
The Handmaid’s Tale star Elisabeth Moss has become a mother for the first time. The 42-year-old actress shared the news of her baby’s birth during the presentation of the final sixth season of The Handmaid’s Tale at PaleyFest 2025 in Los Angeles.
The baby’s gender and name have not yet been disclosed. The identity of the father also remains a secret, as the actress prefers to keep her private life out of the spotlight.
Moss revealed that she brought her newborn to the filming set. She acknowledged that not all parents have the luxury of combining work and parenthood so seamlessly.
«I’m so lucky that I get to bring my baby to work», Moss emphasized.
For reference, the premiere of The Handmaid’s Tale Season 6 is set for Tuesday, April 8, with the final episode airing on May 27.
