Destiny’s Child reunites for the first time in seven years

At the finale of Beyoncé’s tour

Beyoncé reunited the iconic group Destiny’s Child, where she began her career in the 1990s. They performed together on July 26 in Las Vegas at the final concert of the «Cowboy Carter» tour.

Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams performed the hits «Lose My Breath» and «Bootylicious», as well as the track «Energy» from Beyoncé’s seventh album «Renaissance» (2022).

Before that, Beyoncé last performed with Destiny’s Child at Coachella in 2018, where the group sang «Lose My Breath», «Say My Name» and «Soldier». That performance of «Lose My Breath» also featured fragments from two other group hits: «Girl» and «Bills, Bills, Bills».

The «Cowboy Carter» tour began on April 28 in Los Angeles. Beyoncé played 32 shows in total and grossed $387 million. The tour supported her latest album «Cowboy Carter», recorded in an unexpected country style. The release received widespread acclaim and was named «Album of the Year» at the 2025 Grammy Awards.

Although Beyoncé has won many Grammy Awards, she had never previously won in the main category. «Cowboy Carter» was also named Best Country Release at the 2025 American Music Awards.
