The Story of Cliff Booth Continues
The first trailer for The Adventures of Cliff Booth, the highly anticipated spinoff of the Oscar-winning film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, has been released online.
The new film is a direct continuation of Quentin Tarantino’s 2019 hit, but this time the story is entirely centered on the charismatic stuntman Cliff Booth, played by Brad Pitt.
In this installment, the main character is without his loyal partner Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio). On screen, he is accompanied by the mysterious heroine played by Elizabeth Debicki. What exactly they have planned remains a secret, as the filmmakers are keeping the intrigue intact.
In addition to Pitt and Debicki, the cast includes Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Carla Gugino, Timothy Olyphant, Scott Caan, and others.
This time, the director’s chair is occupied by David Fincher, while Quentin Tarantino focused solely on the screenplay.
Interestingly, the trailer premiered during the Super Bowl. All scenes containing strong language, drug use, and nudity were cleverly masked with special effects that mimic film scratches.
The Adventures of Cliff Booth is scheduled to premiere later this year and will be released exclusively on Netflix.
