Over the past year, tabloids have been abuzz with coverage of the legal dispute between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni: the actress accused the director of harassment and bullying, while he responded with a countersuit. As the case unfolded, numerous unflattering details surfaced in the public sphere, including alleged instances of manipulation on Blake’s part, reportedly involving her former best friend, Taylor Swift. Yesterday, February 11, the adversaries officially appeared in court together for the first time at a Manhattan courthouse.
According to the Daily Mail, settlement negotiations took place in two adjacent courtrooms on the same floor of the building, meaning that Baldoni and Lively most likely did not cross paths in person. Still, that did not prevent them from choosing a similar colour palette for their respective appearances.

Blake, who was seen leaving the hearing in a somber mood, wore an olive two-piece trouser suit with a double-breasted blazer, a soft pink shirt, and a light green striped polo cardigan, which she paired with brown ankle boots and a green tote bag. Justin, by contrast, appeared in higher spirits and opted for a look in the same tonal range: the director chose an olive coat, a lightweight cream sweater, and a soft pink cashmere scarf, styled with brown trousers.
